Dana IPO Petrindo (CUAN) Sisa Rp118,29 Miliar, Diparkir di BMRI-BBCA
IDXChannel - Emiten Prajogo Pangestu, PT Petrindo Jaya Kreasi Tbk (CUAN) mencatat, dana hasil penawaran umum saham perdana (Initial Public Offering/IPO) tersisa Rp118,29 miliar hingga saat ini.
CUAN listing perdana di Bursa Efek Indonesia (BEI) pada 8 Maret 2023. Dalam hajatan IPO, perseroan mengantongi dana segar sebesar Rp371,8 miliar. Setelah dikurangi biaya emisi Rp7,86 miliar, maka hasil bersih yang dikantongi CUAN sebesar Rp363,93 miliar.
Saham Petrindo (CUAN) Kena UMA, Manajemen Buka SuaraBerdasarkan laporan realisasi penggunaan dana IPO, hingga saat ini, CUAN telah menyerap Rp27,1 miliar dana IPO untuk belanja modal pembangunan Intermediate Stockpile (ISP).
Jika dihitung jumlah itu baru 18,63 persen dari rencana penggunaan dana di prospektus yang dialokasikan Rp145,39 miliar.
