Techno9 (NINE) Raih Pinjaman dari Advance Opportunities Fund
IDXChannel - Emiten teknologi, PT Techno9 Indonesia Tbk (NINE) mengumumkan telah menandatangani perjanjian pinjaman jangka pendek (Bridging Loan Agreement) dengan Advance Opportunities Fund (AOF) dan Advanced Opportunities Fund I (AOF) I.
AOF I dan AOF adalah badan hukum yang didirikan berdasarkan hukum negara Cayman Islands.
Techno9 (NINE) Tunggu Finalisasi Akuisisi Poh Group, Kapan Kelar?Perjanjian pinjaman jangka pendek itu diteken pada 14 Januari 2025. Dalam hal ini, AOF I dan AOF sebagai pemberi pinjaman, sementara NINE sebagai penerima pinjaman.
"Perseroan, AOF I dan AOF telah menandatangani Perjanjian Pinjaman Jangka Pendek senilai USD455.000 pada 14 Januari 2025," kata Direktur Utama NINE, Nuzwan Gufron dalam keterbukaan informasi BEI, Jumat (17/1/2025).
