Dirut Raharja Energi Cepu Serok Saham RATU di Harga Rp2.500
IDXChannel - Emiten pendatang baru, PT Raharja Energi Cepu Tbk (RATU) mengumumkan transaksi pembelian saham oleh Direktur Utama (Dirut) Perseroan, Alexandra Sinta Wahjudewanti.
Orang nomor satu di RATU itu memborong 200 ribu saham RATU pada 13 Januari 2025 dengan harga transaksi Rp2.500 per saham. Jika dihitung, nilai pembelian saham sebesar Rp500 juta.
Saham RATU Kena Suspensi Usai ARA Berjilid-jilidRATU sendiri listing perdana di Bursa Efek Indonesia (BEI) pada 8 Januari 2025 dengan harga penawaran Rp1.150 per saham. Sementara harga saham RATU pada saat transaksi 13 Januari 2025 berada di Rp2.780.
