Proyek Strategis PIK 2 Dievaluasi, Begini Gerak Saham PANI
IDXChannel - Pemerintah telah mengevaluasi Proyek Strategis Nasional (PSN) Pantai Indah Kapuk (PIK) 2 milik konglomerat Sugianto Kusuma alias Aguan. PIK 2 merupakan Kawasan yang dikelola PT Pantai Indah Kapuk Dua Tbk (PANI).
Menteri Koordinator Bidang Perekonomian, Airlangga Hartarto menegaskan bahwa PSN di Kawasan PIK 2 hanya yang terkait dengan pengembangan kawasan ecotourism Tropical Coastland.
Dapat Dana Rp6,5 Triliun, Aguan Ingin PIK 2 (PANI) Terus EkspansifPengembangan wilayah berbasis hijau dengan rencana luas lebih kurang 1.755 hektare (Ha) yang dinamakan Tropical Coastland ini ditujukan sebagai destinasi pariwisata baru yang berbasis hijau guna meningkatkan attractiveness bagi wisatawan.
Destinasi pariwisata ini juga didesain untuk mengakomodasi Kawasan Wisata Mangrove yang merupakan mekanisme pengamanan pesisir secara alami.
