Direktur M Cash Integrasi (MCAS) Mengundurkan Diri, Sahamnya Turun
IDXChannel - Emiten teknologi, PT M Cash Integrasi Tbk (MCAS) mengumumkan pengunduran diri salah satu Direktur Perseroan, yakni Mohammad Anis Yunianto.
"Perseroan telah menerima permohonan pengunduran diri dari anggota Direksi tertanggal 17 Januari 2025 atas nama Mohammad Anis Yunianto dari jabatannya sebagai Direktur," kata Direktur dan Corporate Secretary MCAS, Rachel Stephanie M. S dalam keterbukaan informasi BEI, Jakarta, Senin (20/1/2025).
Petronas Bakal Pasok Baterai Motor Listrik Volta (MCAS)Sayangnya, tak disebutkan alasan mundurnya Mohammad Anis Yunianto. Namun dikatakan Rachel, permohonan pengunduran diri tersebut akan diputuskan dalam Rapat Umum Pemegang Saham (RUPS) Perseroan dalam waktu dekat.
Saham MCAS hari ini ditutup turun 2,75 persen di Rp1.060. Dalam sebulan, saham perseroan sudah merosot 5,78 persen.
