Pasardana.id - Jackson Wijaya Limantara selaku Pengendali PT Indah Kiat Pulp & Paper Tbk (IDX: INKP) telah melakukan transaksi Pengalihan sebanyak 3.143.477.898 lembar saham atau sebesar 57,4573% INKP pada tanggal 13 Januari 2025.

“Tujuan transaksi adalah untuk Hibah Dalam Rangka Suksesi Kepemimpinan dengan Status Kepemilikan Saham secara tidak langsung,” sebut Heri Santoso selaku Corporate Secretary INKP dalam keterbukaan informasi BEI (KOREKSI), Senin (20/1).

Pasca transaksi Pengalihan saham, maka kepemilikan saham Jackson Wijaya Limantara di INKP menjadi sebanyak 3.143.477.898 lembar saham atau setara 57,4573% dibandingkan sebelumnya yang tercatat Nihil.
