RUPSLB SMGR Sahkan Pengunduran Diri Nasaruddin Umar sebagai Komisaris Independen
IDXChannel - PT Semen Indonesia (Persero) Tbk atau SIG (SMGR) mengukuhkan pengunduran diri Nasaruddin Umar sebagai Komisaris Independen Perseroan.
Pengukuhan tersebut merupakan keputusan Rapat Umum Pemegang Saham Luar Biasa (RUPSLB) yang digelar perseroan pada Senin (20/1/2025).
