Nilai Akuisisi Bank Victoria Syariah oleh BBTN Rp1,06 Triliun? Ini Penjelasannya
IDXChannel - PT Bank Victoria International Tbk (BVIC) dan PT Victoria Investama Tbk (VICO) buka suara terkait rencana akuisisi saham PT Bank Victoria Syariah (BVIS) oleh PT Bank Tabungan Negara (Persero) Tbk atau BTN (BBTN).
BBTN akan mengambilalih 100 persen saham BVIS dari para pemegang sahamnya, yakni VICO, BVIC, dan Balai Harta Peninggalan (BHP) Jakarta.
BBTN Akuisisi Saham Bank Victoria Syariah, Ini Alasan dan TahapannyaDalam pengumuman akuisisi yang dirilis BBTN, disebutkan jumlah saham BVIS yang dimiliki ketiga pemegang saham tersebut totalnya 1,06 miliar dengan nilai nominal Rp1,06 triliun.
Rinciannya terdiri dari VICO yang menggenggam 850 juta saham BVIS atau 80,18 persen dengan nilai nominal Rp850 miliar.
