Pasardana.id - PT Bursa Efek Indonesia (BEI) mengumumkan pembukaan Suspensi PT Universal Broker Indonesia Sekuritas terhitung sejak Sesi I Perdagangan Efek tanggal 22 Januari 2025 melalui Pengumuman BEI No.: Peng-00009/BEI.ANG/01-2025.

“Berdasarkan hasil pemeriksaan Bursa terhadap Modal Kerja Bersih Disesuaikan (MKBD), nilai MKBD PT Universal Broker Indonesia Sekuritas telah memenuhi ketentuan nilai minimum yang dipersyaratkan,” sebut Pengumuman BEI yang ditandatangani Irvan Susandy selaku Direktur BEI dan Sunandar selaku Direktur BEI dalam keterbukaan informasi BEI, Rabu (22/1).

Dengan adanya pengumuman ini, PT Universal Broker Indonesia Sekuritas diperkenankan kembali untuk melakukan aktivitas perdagangan di Bursa.
