BEI Buka Suspensi Universal Broker Indonesia Sekuritas Hari Ini
IDXChannel - Bursa Efek Indonesia (BEI) membuka suspensi PT Universal Broker Indonesia Sekuritas pada Selasa (22/1/2025).
Suspensi dicabut karena Anggota Bursa dengan kode TF itu telah memenuhi ketentuan nilai minimum yang dipersyaratkan terhadap Modal Kerja Bersih Disesuaikan (MKBD).
Minna Padi (PADI) Kena Suspensi BEI Gara-Gara MKBD"Berdasarkan hasil pemeriksaan Bursa terhadap MKBD, nilai MKBD PT Universal Broker Indonesia Sekuritas telah memenuhi ketentuan nilai minimum yang dipersyaratkan. Dengan ini, terhitung sejak sesi I perdagangan efek 22 Januari 2025, PT Universal Broker Indonesia Sekuritas diperkenankan kembali untuk melakukan aktivitas perdagangan di Bursa," tulis pengumuman Bursa, Rabu (22/1).
Dalam catatan BEI, nilai MKBD terakhir Universal Broker Indonesia Sekuritas tercatat Rp30,40 miliar. Rata-rata MKBD perusahaan per Desember 2024 sebesar Rp37,71 miliar atau naik dibandingkan posisi Desember 2023 yang sebesar Rp27,34 miliar.
