Mau Stock Split 1:5, Saham Hillcon (HILL) Terkerek Naik
IDXChannel - Emiten jasa pertambangan dan kontraktor, PT Hillcon Tbk (HILL) berencana melakukan aksi korporasi memecah nominal harga saham atau stock split dengan rasio 1:5.
Usai stock split, nilai nominal saham HILL akan menjadi Rp20 per saham dari saat ini Rp100 per saham. Sementara jumlah saham perseroan saat ini sebanyak 2,94 miliar saham dan akan menjadi 14,74 miliar saham pasca stock split.
Ditopang Bisnis Nikel dan Batu Bara, Hillcon (HILL) Raup Laba hingga Rp438,96 MiliarRencana stock split ini langsung direspons dengan kenaikan harga saham HILL. Hingga pukul 14.05 WIB, saham perseroan naik 1,40 persen di Rp2.170.
Untuk merealisasikan aksi korporasi ini, perseroan akan meminta persetujuan para pemegang saham dalam RUPS Luar Biasa yang dijadwalkan digelar pada 3 Maret 2025.
