Emiten Minuman Teguk (TGUK) Masih Simpan Dana IPO Rp1,67 Miliar
IDXChannel - Emiten minuman Teguk, PT Platinum Wahab Nusantara Tbk (TGUK) telah merealisasikan penggunaan dana Initial Public Offering (IPO) sebesar Rp110,49 miliar hingga 31 Desember 2024.
TGUK resmi melantai di Bursa Efek Indonesia (BEI) pada Juli 2023. Dalam gelaran IPO, perseroan meraup dana segar senilai Rp117,85 miliar. Setelah dikurangi biaya penawaran umum sebesar Rp5,68 miliar.
Pendapatan Turun, Teguk (TGUK) Rugi Rp20,1 Miliar hingga Kuartal III-2024Dengan demikian, hasil bersih yang diterima TGUK sebesar Rp112,17 miliar.
Berdasarkan laporan realisasi penggunaan dana IPO per 31 Desember 2024 yang diumumkan di keterbukaan informasi BEI, perseroan telah menyerap dana IPO sebesar Rp66,06 miliar untuk penambahan dan pengembangan gerai, serta foodtruck.
Jumlah tersebut mendekati rencana alokasi sebesar Rp67,30 miliar.
