Dua Anak Usaha UNTR Sepakat Jual Beli Kapal Rp207 Miliar
IDXChannel - Dua anak usaha PT United Tractors Tbk (UNTR), yakni, PT Tuah Turangga Agung (TTA) dan PT Patria Maritime Lines (PML) melakukan transaksi afiliasi.
Dalam keterbukaan informasi BEI disebutkan, pada 22 Januari 2025, TTA dan PML telah menandatangani akta yang mengatur jual beli atas satu unit kapal floating crane barge milik TTA kepada PML.
UNTR Tuntaskan Akuisisi Perusahaan Geothermal USD80,58 Juta"Nilainya sebesar Rp207 miliar," kata Corporate Secretary UNTR, Sara K. Loebis, Kamis (23/1/2025).
TTA dan PML merupakan anak usaha UNTR, baik secara langsung maupun tidak langsung.
