BSD City (BSDE) Lunasi Surat Utang Dolar AS Rp4,8 Triliun
IDXChannel - PT Bumi Serpong Damai Tbk (BSDE) lewat anak perusahaan, PT Global Prime Capital (GPC) telah melunasi surat utang berdenominasi dolar AS (Senior Notes) senilai USD300 juta, setara Rp4,8 triliun.
Direktur BSDE, Hermawan Wijaya mengatakan, Senior Notes yang memiliki jatuh tempo 23 Januari 2025 itu sudah dilunasi dengan sisa utang USD88,9 juta, setara Rp1,4 triliun.
"Setelah semua Surat Utang 2025 tersebut dilunasi, tidak ada lagi sisa Surat Utang 2025," katanya melalui keterbukaan informasi, Jumat (24/1/2025).
Menurut Hermawan, langkah perseroan melunasi Senior Notes tersebut menunjukkan komitmen BSDE dalam memenuhi kewajiban finansialnya. Dia berharap hal ini berdampak positif pada meningkatnya kepercayaan stakeholders terhadap kemampuan BSDE mengelola likuiditas dan risiko utang.
Senior Notes itu diterbitkan oleh anak usaha BSDE, GPC pada 23 Januari 2020. Surat utang tersebut mempunyai tenor lima tahun dengan suku bunga tetap alias fixed 5,95 persen per tahun.
Senior Notes itu dicatatkan di Singapore Exchange Securities Trading Limited dengan rating BA-3 dan BB- alias non-investment grade.
Dana yang diperoleh dari hasil penerbitan Senior Notes itu digunakan BSDE untuk pembebasan tanah, pembangunan properti investasi, infrastruktur, dan pengembangan real estat lainnya.
