Saham HGII Terdongkrak Usai Diakuisisi Yonden Jepang
IDXChannel - Harga saham PT Hero Global Investment Tbk (HGII) terkerek naik pasca pengumuman diakuisisi perusahaan Jepang, Shikoku Electric Power Company, Incorporated alias Yonden pada hari ini, Jumat (24/1/2025).
Sesi I siang ini, saham HGII melompat hampir 3 persen atau tepatnya 2,97 persen ke Rp208. Dalam sepekan, saham emiten holding di bidang energi baru terbarukan yang baru listing perdana 9 Januari 2025 itu sudah naik 6,67 persen.
Hero Global (HGII) Bidik Kapasitas Pembangkit EBT 100 MW di 2031Harga saham perseroan mendaki usai pengumuman akuisisi 25 persen saham HGII yang dilakukan oleh anak usaha Yonden, SEP International Netherlands B.V. (SEPI). Nilai akuisisi tersebut sebesar Rp325 miliar.
Dengan aksi korporasi tersebut, saat ini komposisi pemegang saham HGII adalah 55 persen saham para pendiri perseroan, 25 persen saham Yonden, dan 20 persen saham publik. Para pendiri perseroan HGII masih tetap sebagai pemegang saham pengendali.
