Bos Hero Global (HGII) Ungkap Alasan Lepas 25 Persen Saham ke Yonden
IDXChannel - Sebanyak 25 persen saham PT Hero Global Investment Tbk (HGII) resmi diakuisisi oleh Shikoku Electric Power Company, Incorporated alias Yonden melalui anak perusahaannya, SEP International Netherlands B.V. (SEPI). Nilai akuisisi ini mencapai Rp325 miliar.
Direktur Utama HGII, Robin Sunyoto mengungkapkan sejumlah alasan para pendiri perseroan melepas saham ke Yonden. Pertama, HGII dan Yonden Group memiliki visi dan misi yang sama, di antaranya komitmen untuk mengembangkan energi terbarukan.
