IDXChannel - Komoditas nikel menjadi sorotan para investor karena masih digenjot dalam program hilirisasi pemerintah. Beberapa saham emiten nikel berpotensi cuan di tengah dinamika pasar nikel yang penuh gejolak.
Risiko muncul ke permukaan saat Shanghai Metals Market (SMM) merevisi turun estimasi pasar nikel untuk 2024 karena persediaan Nickel Pig Iron (NPI) merosot di tengah menumpuknya pasokan bijih nikel dari Indonesia.
Usai Raup Laba Rp54,8 Triliun, BBCA Siapkan Aksi KorporasiDi sisi lain, produksi baja nirkarat (stainless steel) China tetap tinggi, meskipun permintaan pasar rendah dan penumpukan persediaan.
“Ini menjelaskan mengapa harga NPI lemah, saat persediaan NPI terus turun selama sembilan bulan 2024,” tulis riset BCA Sekuritas bertajuk "Nickel Sector: It’s Cheap but Comes with a Risk", ditulis Jumat (24/1/2025).
