Usai Serok di Harga Rp2.500, Dirut Raharja Energi Cepu Kini Jual Saham RATU
IDXChannel - Direktur Utama PT Raharja Energi Cepu Tbk (RATU) Alexandra Sinta Wahjudewanti melakukan aksi jual sebanyak 150 ribu saham perseroan atas nama individu. Total nilainya mencapai Rp900 juta.
"Jenis transaksi yang dilakukan adalah penjualan (bukan merupakan transaksi repurchase agreement). Tujuan dari transaksi adalah divestasi," ujar Sekretaris Perusahaan RATU Farah Thifal dalam keterbukaan informasi BEI, Jakarta, Sabtu (25/1/2025).
Saham RATU Cetak ARA Lagi, Kapitalisasi Pasarnya Lampaui RAJATransaksi penjualan saham tersebut dilakukan pada 22 Januari 2025. Dengan harga Rp6.000 per saham.
Dengan demikian, maka kepemilikan jumlah saham Alexandra di RATU menjadi 50 ribu saham. Sebelumnya, dia tercatat memiliki 200 ribu saham RATU atau setara 0,0073 persen dari total saham beredar.
