Ingria Pratama (GRIA) Incar Laba Rp7,1 Miliar di 2025
IDXChannel - PT Ingria Pratama Capitalindo Tbk (GRIA) menargetkan laba bersih sebesar Rp7,1 miliar pada 2025. Sedangkan pendapatan usaha ditargetkan mencapai Rp20,8 miliar di tahun yang sama.
Untuk mencapai target tersebut, perseroan membidik pembangunan rumah sebanyak 693 unit dan penjualan sebanyak 642 unit sepanjang 2025.
Dukung Program Prabowo, Ingria Pratama (GRIA) Siapkan 626 Unit Rumah Subsidi Perseroan juga mengandalkan pendapatan berulang atau recurring income dari rukan dan ruko yang ada di perumahan milik GRIA. Selain itu, perseroan juga berencana melakukan akuisisi atau kerja sama dengan pihak-pihak tertentu dalam pengelolaan ruko.
“Jadi, kami tidak menyewakan rumah, tapi untuk recurring itu ada dari beberapa ruko yang kami punya,” kata Direktur Utama GRIA H K Hakim Noor dalam keterangannya, dikutip Sabtu (25/1/2025).
