Emiten Grup Bakrie (VKTR) Endapkan Sisa Dana IPO Rp139 Miliar di Empat Bank
IDXChannel - Emiten Grup Bakrie, PT VKTR Teknologi Mobilitas Tbk (VKTR) telah merealisasikan dana hasil Initial Public Offering (IPO) sebesar Rp715,72 miliar hingga akhir Desember 2024. Jumlah tersebut sudah 84 persen dari total rencana Rp855,31 miliar.
VKTR yang merupakan emiten kendaraan listrik ini resmi listing di Bursa Efek Indonesia (BEI) pada 19 Juni 2023. Dalam hajatan IPO, perseroan meraup dana segar sebesar Rp875 miliar.
Investor Baru Ini Jual 1,92 Miliar Saham Emiten Grup Bakrie (VKTR)Setelah dikurangi dengan biaya penawaran umum atau IPO sebesar Rp19,68 miliar, maka hasil bersih yang dikantongi VKTR sebesar Rp855,31 miliar.
Dari jumlah tersebut, rencana penggunaan dana IPO disebutkan untuk belanja modal perseroan sebesar Rp344,59 miliar dan modal kerja perseroan sebesar Rp377,31 miliar. Sementara penyertaan modal ke anak usaha dialokasikan Rp100 miliar.
