Pasardana.id - Toyota Astra Financial Service (Kode Emiten: TAFS) menyampaikan Laporan Informasi atau Fakta Material sehubungan Kesiapan Dana Pelunasan Obligasi Berkelanjutan III Toyota Astra Financial Services Dengan Tingkat Bunga Tetap Tahap II Tahun 2022 Seri B sebesar Rp1.019.900.000.000,- yang akan jatuh tempo pada tanggal 23 Februari 2025.

“Dana untuk pembayaran pokok Obligasi Berkelanjutan III Toyota Astra Financial Services Dengan Tingkat Bunga Tetap Tahap II Tahun 2022 Seri B sebesar Rp1.019.900.000.000,- yang akan jatuh tempo pada tanggal 23 Februari 2025, tersedia pada saat akan jatuh tempo sesuai ketentuan,” sebut Manajemen TAFS dalam keterbukaan informasi BEI, Selasa (28/1).

Selanjutnya disampaikan, sumber dana yang akan digunakan untuk pembayaran Obligasi tersebut berasal dari dana internal Perseroan.

“Sampai saat ini tidak ada keputusan atau hal penting lainnya yang dilakukan oleh manajemen terkait hal-hal tersebut di atas,” sebut pernyataan Manajemen TAFS.
