Pasardana.id - Gilarsi Wahju Setijono selaku Direktur Utama PT VKTR Teknologi Mobilitas Tbk (IDX: VKTR) telah melakukan transaksi Pembelian sebanyak 25.000.000 lembar saham atau sebesar 0,05% VKTR diharga Rp 100 per lembar saham pada tanggal 22 Januari 2025.

“Tujuan transaksi untuk investasi pribadi berupa kepemilikan secara langsung,” sebut Indah Permatasari Saugi selaku VP of Corporate Secretary and Corporate Legal VKTR dalam keterbukaan informasi BEI, Kamis (30/1).

Pasca transaksi Pembelian, maka kepemilikan saham Gilarsi Wahju Setijono di VKTR menjadi sebanyak 25.000.000 lembar saham atau setara 0,05% dibandingkan sebelumnya yang tercatat Nihil.
