PEFINDO Tegaskan Peringkat idAAA untuk Surat Utang ISAT yang Akan Jatuh Tempo

Pasardana.id - PEFINDO menegaskan peringkat idAAA untuk surat utang yang diterbitkan PT Indosat Tbk (IDX: ISAT) yaitu Obligasi Berkelanjutan II Tahap III Tahun 2018 Seri D senilai Rp266,0 miliar.

Adapun surat utang ini akan jatuh tempo tanggal 3 Mei 2025.

Periode Rating berlaku sejak 28 Januari 2025 – 03 Mei 2025.

Melansir rilis PEFINDO, Selasa (28/1) disebutkan bahwa ISAT berencana melunasi surat utang yang akan jatuh tempo tersebut menggunakan dana internal, dengan posisi kas per akhir September 2024 tercatat senilai Rp4,0 triliun.

ISAT atau Indosat Ooredoo Hutchison (IOH) merupakan salah satu dari tiga besar penyedia layanan telekomunikasi dan informasi di Indonesia, mencakup layanan bisnis seluler; multimedia, internet, dan komunikasi data (MIDI); dan jaringan telepon tetap.

Pada tanggal 30 September 2024, 65,64% saham ISAT dimiliki oleh Ooredoo Hutchison Asia, Pte Ltd, yang dikendalikan bersama oleh Ooredoo South East Asia Holding W.L.L dan CK Hutchison Indonesia Telecom Holdings Limited.

Pemegang saham berikutnya adalah PT Perusahaan Pengelola Aset (Persero) (9,63%), PT Tiga Telekomunikasi Indonesia (8,33%), dan publik (16,40%).
