Ashmore Asset (AMOR) Bagikan Dividen Interim Rp14 per Saham Akhir Februari
IDXChannel - PT Ashmore Asset Management Tbk (AMOR) akan membagikan dividen interim kepada para pemegang saham.
Total nilai dividen mencapai Rp30,95 miliar, atau setara Rp14 per saham. Keputusan Direksi ini telah disepakati Dewan Komisaris pada 23 Januari 2025.
Dalam keterbukaan informasi, Senin (30/1/2025), dana dividen interim berasal dari laba bersih AMOR pada tahun fiskal 2024 yang mencapai Rp36,4 miliar.
Perusahaan juga masih menggenggam saldo laba ditahan senilai Rp46,09 miliar, dengan ekuitas tersisa Rp276,19 miliar.
Investor yang berhak atas dividen interim AMOR wajib tercatat sebagai pemegang saham paling lambat pada 11 Februari 2025.
Berikut adalah jadwal pembagian dividen interim AMOR:
A. Pasar Reguler dan Pasar Negosiasi
- Cum Dividen: 7 Februari 2025
- Ex Dividen: 10 Februari 2025
B. Pasar Tunai
- Cum Dividen: 11 Februari 2025
- Ex Dividen: 12 Februari 2025
C. Recording Date: 11 Februari 2025
D. Pembayaran: 24 Februari 2025
