Enam Saham Ini Kompak Masuk Papan FCA, Telisik Penyebabnya
IDXChannel - Bursa Efek Indonesia (BEI) memasukkan enam saham dalam Papan Pemantauan Khusus atau Full Call Auction (FCA) mulai hari ini, Jumat (31/1/2025).
Dalam pengumuman Bursa, enam saham tersebut adalah PT Steady Safe Tbk (SAFE), PT Betonjaya Manunggal Tbk (BTON), PT Gunawan Dianjaya Steel Tbk (GDST), PT Link Net Tbk (LINK), PT Trisula Textile Industries Tbk (BELL), dan PT Citra Borneo Utama Tbk (CBUT).
Menakar Saham Prospektif Secara Teknikal Jelang Februari"Perubahan ini mulai efektif pada 31 Januari 2025," tulis pengumuman Bursa, Kamis (30/1/2025).
Saham-saham tersebut menjadi penghuni FCA dengan kriteria nomor 6, yakni tidak memenuhi persyaratan untuk dapat tetap tercatat di Bursa sebagaimana diatur Peraturan Nomor I-A dan I-V (terkait saham free float), kecuali ketentuan jumlah saham free float paling sedikit 50 juta untuk Papan Utama dan Papan Pengembangan, dan di atas 5 persen dari jumlah saham tercatat kriteria untuk Papan Utama, Papan Pengembangan, dan Papan Akselerasi.
