报道称特朗普对墨西哥和加拿大的关税推后至3月1日，加元短线拉升，油价走低
据路透社报道，特朗普政府针对墨西哥和加拿大的关税将从3月1日开始实施。特朗普将宣布关于各国寻求豁免的程序。
而就在前一天，据央视新闻，特朗普表示，他计划于2月1日兑现对墨西哥和加拿大进口商品征收25%关税的承诺，并将于1月30日晚上决定是否将石油列入征收关税的商品之中。
1月20日，特朗普当天在白宫椭圆形办公室签署一系列行政令时对媒体表示，正考虑对墨西哥和加拿大征收25%的关税，征税行动可能会从今年2月1日起实施。
多个资产对最新消息迅速作出反应，加元短线拉升，加债和油价短线走低：
- 美元兑加元短线跳水，日内整体跌超0.6%，最低1.4375加元。
- 加拿大两年期国债收益率从2.669%拉升至2.734%刷新日高，日内整体转涨，暂时呈现出U型反转。
- WTI原油期货短线走低，日内整体跌幅重新扩大至0.5%，暂报72.22美元。
- CBOT玉米期货一度回升至4.87美元，日内整体跌幅收窄至不到1%，全天迄今呈现出V型走势。
- CBOT大豆油期货短线跳水，从日高46.81美元/吨回落至46下方，日内整体涨幅收窄至2%。
