Komut dan Tiga Direktur Erajaya (ERAA) Kompak Mundur, Ada Apa?
IDXChannel - PT Erajaya Swasembada Tbk (ERAA) mengumumkan pengunduran diri empat petinggi perseroan di jajaran Dewan Komisaris dan Dewan Direksi.
Keempat pimpinan perseroan yang mundur adalah Ardy Hady Wijaya selaku Komisaris Utama (Komut), serta tiga Direktur Perseroan, yakni Elly, Mitchella Ardy Hady Wijaya dan Keith Ardy Hady Wijaya.
Entitas Erajaya (ERAA) Bentuk Perusahaan Patungan, Investasi Rp52 Miliar"Perseroan telah menerima surat permohonan pengunduran diri Bapak Ardy Hady Wijaya selaku Komisaris Utama Perseroan, Ibu Elly, Ibu Mitchella Ardy Hady Wijaya, dan Bapak Keith Ardy Hady Wijaya selaku Direktur Perseroan pada 31 Januari 2025," kata Kepala Bidang Hukum & Sekretaris Perusahaan ERAA, Amelia Allen dalam keterbukaan informasi BEI, Jumat (31/1/2025).
"Pengunduran diri tersebut karena alasan pribadi," ujarnya.
