Anak Usaha PYFA Kantongi Pinjaman Rp120 Miliar Buat Refinancing Aset
IDXChannel - Emiten farmasi, PT Pyridam Farma Tbk (PYFA) melalui anak usahanya PT Ethica Industri Farmasi (EIF) meraih pinjaman senilai Rp120 miliar dari PT Bank Mandiri (Persero) Tbk (BMRI).
Dalam hal ini, EIF dan BMRI telah menandatangani dan melakukan pengikatan fasilitas kredit investasi berdasarkan Akta Perjanjian Kredit Investasi II No. 58 pada 31 Januari 2025.
Pyridam Farma (PYFA) Ungkap Alasan Akuisisi Probiotec Rp2,7 Triliun"EIF akan memperoleh pinjaman baru, berupa Kredit Investasi 2 dengan limit kredit sebesar Rp120 miliar," kata Corporate Secretary PYFA, Herdiasti Anggitya Dwisani dalam keterbukaan informasi BEI, Senin (3/2/2025).
Adapun bunga pinjaman ditetapkan sebesar 8,25 persen per tahun dengan jangka waktu 96 bulan terhitung sejak tanggal penandatanganan Akta Perjanjian Kredit.
