Free Float Belum Terpenuhi, Saham SMCB Kena Suspensi
IDXChannel - Perdagangan saham PT Solusi Bangun Indonesia Tbk (SMCB) dihentikan sementara atau suspensi oleh Bursa Efek Indonesia (BEI) per 31 Januari 2025. Penyebabnya, karena free float belum terpenuhi.
"Perseroan (SMCB) mendapatkan sanksi penghentian sementara perdagangan efek terkait dengan pemenuhan saham free float per 31 Januari 2025," Corporate Secretary SMCB, Andika Lukmana dalam keterbukaan informasi BEI, Senin (3/2/2025).
Kilas Balik IPO Emiten Pertama RI SMCB, Dulu Sahamnya Rp10 Ribu, Kini Rp1.600-anSaham anak usaha PT Semen Indonesia (Persero) Tbk atau SIG (SMGR) itu dikunci di pasar reguler dan pasar tunai.
"Terkait dengan kegiatan operasional, hukum, keuangan dan kelangsungan usaha, sampai dengan saat ini belum terdampak," ujar Andika.
