IDXChannel - PT Nanotech Indonesia Global Tbk (NANO) mengumumkan transaksi penjualan saham perseroan oleh Direktur Utama (Dirut) Suryandaru.

Orang nomor satu di emiten teknologi tersebut menjual seluruh saham yang dimilikinya di NANO sebanyak 16.200.200  (16,2 juta saham) atau 0,37 persen. Harga transaksi lego saham ini Rp30-Rp32 per saham.

Suryandaru tercatat melepas seluruh kepemilikan sahamnya sebanyak tiga kali transaksi pada periode 24 Januari 2025. Transaksi pertama sebanyak 2.815.200 sebesar Rp30 per saham. 

Transaksi kedua sebanyak 12.032.900 saham seharga Rp31 per saham dan transaksi ketiga dijual sebanyak 1.352.100 saham  dengan harga Rp32 per saham.
