Dari pengumuman perseroan, RUPSLB SOHO dijadwalkan berlangsung pukul 09.00 WIB di Kantor Pusat Perseroan (Ruang Training Logistik, Lantai 3), Jl. Rawa Sumur II Kav. BB No. 4A-4B Kawasan Industri Pulogadung, Jatinegara, Cakung, Jakarta Timur.

SOHO mengusulkan pengangkatan Ery Yunasri sebagai Presiden Direktur dan Rogelio Paulino Jr. Castillo Lao sebagai Direktur.
