Pasca Transaksi Penawaran Tender Sukarela, Barokah Melayu Foods Pte. Ltd Koleksi 50,1% ENAK

Pasardana.id - Barokah Melayu Foods Pte. Ltd (BMF) selaku pemegang saham dengan Kategori Termasuk >5% PT Champ Resto Indonesia Tbk (IDX: ENAK) telah melakukan transaksi Pembelian sebanyak 165.500.100 lembar saham atau sebesar 7,64% ENAK diharga Rp1.025 per lembar saham pada tanggal 30 Januari 2025.

“Tujuan transaksi untuk Penawaran Tender Sukarela dengan Status Kepemilikan Saham secara langsung,” sebut Christopher Supit selaku Direktur ENAK dalam keterbukaan informasi BEI, Senin (03/2).

Pasca transaksi Pembelian, maka kepemilikan saham Barokah Melayu Foods Pte. Ltd di ENAK menjadi sebanyak 1.085.500.100 lembar saham atau setara 50,1% dibandingkan sebelumnya yang tercatat sebanyak 920.000.000 lembar saham atau setara 42,462%.

Dan dengan demikian, sejak Tanggal Penyelesaian Transaksi, BMF menjadi Pengendali baru ENAK sebagaimana dimaksud dalam Peraturan 9/2018.
