IDXChannel - Emiten tekstil, PT Sri Rejeki Isman Tbk atau Sritex (SRIL) mengungkapkan langkah terbaru dalam menghadapi putusan Mahkamah Agung (MA) yang menolak permohonan kasasi pailit oleh perseroan.
Dalam pengumuman perseroan terbaru yang dirilis di keterbukaan informasi BEI, Rabu (4/2/2025), SRIL telah menerima salinan atas putusan kasasi yang telah ditetapkan sebelumnya oleh putusan MA RI Nomor 134 K/Pdt.Sus-Pailit/2024 pada 18 Desember 2024.
