Lagi, Budi Gunawan Tambah Porsi Kepemilikan Sahamnya di TRUK

Pasardana.id - Budi Gunawan selaku Direksi yang juga Pengendali PT Guna Timur Raya Tbk (IDX: TRUK) telah melakukan transaksi Pembelian sebanyak 4.650.000 lembar saham atau sebesar 1,07% TRUK diharga Rp102,5 per lembar saham pada tanggal 04 Februari 2025.

“Tujuan transaksi untuk investasi dengan Status Kepemilikan Saham secara langsung,” Budi Gunawan dalam keterbukaan informasi BEI, Selasa (04/2).

Pasca transaksi Pembelian, maka kepemilikan saham Budi Gunawan di TRUK menjadi sebanyak 14.990.000 lembar saham atau setara 3,45% dibandingkan sebelumnya yang tercatat sebanyak 10.340.000 lembar saham atau setara 2,38%.

Diketahui, sebelumnya, Budi Gunawan pernah melakukan transaksi Pembelian sebanyak 5.000.000 lembar saham atau sebesar 1,15% TRUK diharga Rp103 per lembar saham pada tanggal 03 Februari 2025.
