SOCI Informasikan Pembelian Saham Entitas Anak oleh Perseroan

Pasardana.id - PT Soechi Lines Tbk (IDX: SOCI) menyampaikan informasi tentang Transaksi Afiliasi perihal Pembelian Saham Entitas Anak oleh Perseroan dengan nilai transaksi sebesar Rp12.499.000.000 pada tanggal 04 Februari 2025.

“Perseroan membeli saham PT Lautan Armada Nusantara (LAN) dari PT Armada Bumi Pratiwi Lines (ABPL) sebanyak 12.499 saham, dengan nilai nominal seluruhnya sebesar Rp12.499.000.000, atau sebesar 99,99%. Sehingga Perseroan memiliki saham di LAN secara langsung sebesar 99,99%,” tulis Manajemen SOCI, dalam keterbukaan informasi BEI, Kamis (06/2).

Selanjutnya disampaikan, PT Armada Bumi Pratiwi Lines (ABPL) merupakan salah satu entitas anak Perseroan, dimana Perseroan merupakan pemegang saham ABPL sebanyak 99,91%.

Adapun PT Lautan Armada Nusantara (LAN) merupakan entitas anak dari ABPL, dimana ABPL merupakan pemegang sebanyak 12.499 saham LAN, dengan nilai nominal seluruhnya sebesar Rp12.499.000.000, atau sebesar 99,99%.
