UNTD Telah Realisasikan 55% dari Dana Hasil Penawaran Umum

Pasardana.id - PT Terang Dunia Internusa Tbk (IDX: UNTD) menyampaikan Laporan Penggunaan Dana Hasil Penawaran Umum.

“Perseroan telah menggunakan dana sebesar Rp211.183.380.137 atau setara 55% dari Dana Hasil Penawaran Umum untuk modal kerja. Saat ini, sisa dana Hasil Penawaran Umum tercatat sebesar Rp173.437.198 .071 yang disimpan dalam rekening giro Bank Central Asia,” ungkap Andrew Mulyadi selaku Direktur UNTD dalam keterbukaan informasi BEI, Kamis (06/2).

Diketahui, perseroan melaksanakan Penawaran Umum Saham (IPO) dengan tanggal efektif 07 Februari 2024, dengan meraih dana sebesar Rp400.000.008.000, yang setelah dipotong biaya-biaya emisi dan lain-lain, mencatatkan Hasil Realisasi Bersih sebesar Rp384.620.578. 208.
