Pasardana.id – PT Mayora Indah Tbk (IDX: MYOR) menyampaikan Laporan Informasi atau Fakta Material perihal likuidasi dan tidak beroperasinya Mayora Nederland BV pada tanggal 04 Februari 2025.

“PT Mayora Indah Tbk telah menerima persetujuan dari Departemen Perdagangan Belanda yang menyatakan bahwa Mayora Nederland BV sudah dilikuidasi dan tidak beroperasi,” tulis Yuni Gunawan selaku Corporate Secretary MYOR dalam keterbukaan informasi BEI, Kamis (06/2).

Selanjutnya disampaikan, tidak ada dampak kejadian, informasi atau fakta material tersebut terhadap kegiatan operasional, hukum, kondisi keuangan, atau kelangsungan usaha Perseroan.
