Bumi Serpong Damai (BSDE) Bukukan Pra Penjualan Rp9,72 Triliun di 2024
IDXChannel - Emiten properti Grup Sinar Mas Land, PT Bumi Serpong Damai Tbk (BSDE) meraup pra penjualan sebesar Rp9,72 triliun pada 2024. Capaian ini melampaui target perseroan yang dipatok Rp9,50 triliun.
Jika dibandingkan periode 2023 yang sebesar Rp9,50 triliun, realisasi pra penjualan pada 2024 naik tipis sebesar 2 persen.

Pengelola BSD City itu mencatat, dari total pra penjualan di 2024, segmen residensial memberikan kontribusi terbesar sebesar Rp5,40 triliun atau 56 persen dari total pra penjualan.
