Tambah Kepemilikan, Bos Sidomuncul Kembali Borong Saham SIDO Rp2,6 Miliar
IDXChannel - Direktur Utama PT Industri Jamu dan Farmasi Sido Muncul Tbk (SIDO), David Hidayat kembali memborong saham perseroan.
Kali ini David merogoh kocek Rp2,66 miliar untuk mengoleksi 4,69 juta saham SIDO secara bertahap pada rentang 5-6 Februari 2025. Dengan rincian 1,47 juta saham di harga Rp573 dan sebanyak 2,95 juta saham di harga Rp576.
Usai transaksi saham Bos Sidomuncul ini bertambah dari sebelumnya 905.700 atau 0,003 persen menjadi 5.595.700 saham dengan persentase 0,019 persen.
"Tujuan transaksi untuk investasi dan status kepemilikan saham adalah langsung," tulis David Hidayat dalam keterbukaan informasi BEI, Jumat (7/2/2025).
Dengan pembelian tersebut, David menjadi pemegang saham terbesar di antara jajaran manajemen SIDO setelah Johan Hidayat (1,86 juta saham) dan Irwan Hidayat (1,28 juta saham).
Sebelumnya, David Hidayat untuk pertama kalinya membeli saham perseroan atas nama individu pada Rabu (4/2/2025) dengan memborong 905.700 saham SIDO di harga Rp575.
Harga saham SIDO terkoreksi 7,38 persen dalam satu bulan ke Rp565 meski dalam satu tahun terakhir mencatat kinerja positif sebesar 11 persen.
