Anak Usaha Indomobil (IMAS) Hentikan Kemitraan dengan Produsen Motor Listrik China
IDXChannel - Anak usaha PT Indomobil Sukses Internasional Tbk (IMAS) mengakhiri kemitraan dengan produsen motor listrik asal China, Yadea.
Dengan demikian, Wuzi Yade Export Import Co Ltd (Yadea) akan mengelola secara langsung bisnis motor listrik roda 2 beserta produk turunannya tanpa keterlibatan PT Indomobil Motor Internasional (IEI).
"Yadea akan secara langsung mengelola bisnisnya di Indonesia, termasuk namun tidak terbatas pada, distribusi, operasional penjualan, serta layanan purna jual terkait dengan produk," ujar Direktur Utama IMAS Jusak Kertowidjojo dalam keterbukaan informasi BEI, Selasa (4/2/2025).
Adapun berakhirnya kerja sama anak usaha perseroan dengan Yadea tidak berdampak terhadap kegiatan operasional, hukum, kondisi keuangan, atau kelangsungan usaha IMAS.
Saham IMAS terpantau turun 1,84 persen dalam sepekan dan anjlok 22,33 persen sejak awal 2025. Pada Jumat (7/2/2025), saham IMAS menguat tipis 0,63 persen ke harga Rp800 dengan volume perdagangan mencapai 208,4 ribu saham.
