Direktur Pizza Hut Borong 2,05 Juta Saham PZZA di Harga Diskon
IDXChannel - Emiten pengelola gerai Pizza Hut, PT Sarimelati Kencana Tbk (PZZA) mengumumkan transaksi pembelian saham perseroan oleh Direktur PZZA, Jeo Sasanto.
Jeo Sasanto yang merupakan Direktur Keuangan Perseroan memborong 2.058.500 saham PZZA pada 7 Februari 2025 dengan harga Rp157 per saham.
Diborong Investor Singapura, Saham PZZA MelambungJika dilihat data perdagangan BEI, saham PZZA pada periode tersebut ditransaksikan di rentang harga Rp158-170. Saham PZZA diperdagangkan pada harga tertinggi Rp170 dan terendah Rp158 per saham.
"Tujuan transaksi adalah untuk investasi," kata Sekretaris Perusahaan PZZA, Andromeda Hermawan Tristanto dalam keterbukaan informasi BEI, Senin (10/2/2025).
