Pasardana.id - PT Sampoerna Agro Tbk (IDX: SGRO) menyampaikan Laporan Informasi atau Fakta Material perihal Kesiapan Dana Untuk Pembayaran Obligasi dan Sukuk Ijarah Berkelanjutan I Sampoerna Agro Tahap III Tahun 2022 Seri A yang akan segera jatuh tempo.

“PT Sampoerna Agro Tbk telah menyiapkan dana untuk melunasi pokok Obligasi Berkelanjutan I Sampoerna Agro Tahap III Tahun 2022 Seri A Sebesar Rp75 miliar dan pokok Sukuk Ijarah Berkelanjutan I Sampoerna Agro Tahap III 2022 Seri A Sebesar Rp75 miliar yang akan jatuh tempo pada tanggal 2 Maret 2025,” tulis Eris Ariaman selaku Corporate Secretary SGRO dalam keterbukaan informasi BEI, Senin (10/2).

Selanjutnya disampaikan, tidak ada dampak kejadian, informasi atau fakta material tersebut terhadap kegiatan operasional, hukum, kondisi keuangan, atau kelangsungan usaha Perseroan.
