Sampoerna Agro (SGRO) Siap Lunasi Obligasi dan Sukuk Berkelanjutan Senilai Rp366,5 Miliar
IDXChannel - PT Sampoerna Agro Tbk (SGRO) siap melunasi pokok obligasi dan sukuk ijarah berkelanjutan dengan total nilai Rp366,5 miliar.
Dalam keterbukaan informasi BEI, Senin (10/2/2025), jumlah pembayaran tersebut meliputi Obligasi Berkelanjutan I Sampoerna Agro Tahap III Tahun 2022 Seri A sebesar Rp75 miliar dan pokok Sukuk Ijarah Berkelanjutan I Sampoerna Agro Tahap III 2022 Seri A Sebesar Rp75 miliar
Kemudian Obligasi Berkelanjutan I Sampoerna Agro Tahap I Tahun 2020 Seri B sebesar Rp91,5 miliar dan pokok Sukuk Ijarah Berkelanjutan I Sampoerna Agro Tahap I 2020 Seri B Sebesar Rp125 miliar.
Kedua seri obligasi dan sukuk ijarah berkelanjutan tersebut sama-sama akan jatuh tempo pada 3 Maret 2025.
