OJK Wajibkan Pialang Berjangka Terbitkan SID Buat Investor Keuangan Derivatif
IDXChannel - Seiring proses transisi pengawasan produk derivatif keuangan, para pialang berjangka yang memiliki produk tersebut kini diwajibkan untuk menerbitkan Single Investor Identification (SID) bagi investor derivatif keuangan.
Hal ini diatur dalam Peraturan Otoritas Jasa Keuangan (POJK) Nomor 1 Tahun 2025 tentang Derivatif Keuangan dengan Aset yang Mendasari Berupa Efek. Aturan ini berlaku sejak 10 Januari 2025.
OJK Sebut Masih Ada BPR/S yang Belum Penuhi Modal Inti Rp6 MiliarSebagai konteks, sedianya nomor tunggal identitas pemodal (SID) ini diwajibkan bagi investor dalam ekosistem Bursa Efek Indonesia (BEI), yang sekaligus merupakan yurisdiksi dari OJK.
Namun aturan lama itu berubah seiring proses transisi produk derivatif keuangan dari Badan Pengawas Perdagangan Berjangka Komoditi (Bappebti) ke OJK.
