BEI Bocorkan Kabar Terbaru Rencana Kerek Batas Free Float Saham
IDXChannel - Otoritas Jasa Keuangan (OJK) memastikan akan menaikkan porsi kepemilikan saham publik atau free float bagi calon emiten IPO sebagai langkah memperbaiki kualitas perusahaan tercatat.
Saat ini, rencana tersebut dalam tahap kajian yang dibahas bersama stakeholders terkait, termasuk Bursa Efek Indonesia (BEI) selaku penyelenggara pasar modal.
OJK Mau Naikkan Batas Free Float bagi Emiten IPO, Ini Tujuannya“Betul, saat ini masih dikaji. Saya belum bisa bicara hasilnya,” kata Direktur Utama BEI, Iman Rachman saat ditemui di JCC, Jakarta, Selasa (11/2/2025).
Aturan free float bagi emiten disesuaikan dengan nilai aset perusahaan. Emiten dengan aset di bawah Rp500 miliar diwajibkan memiliki free float sebesar 20 persen.
