Lagi, Yacobus Jemmy Hartanto Tambah Porsi Kepemilikan Sahamnya di OMED

Pasardana.id - Yacobus Jemmy Hartanto selaku Komisaris dan juga Pengendali PT Jayamas Medica Industri Tbk (IDX: OMED) telah melakukan transaksi Pembelian sebanyak 10.000 lembar saham diharga Rp179 per lembar saham pada tanggal 05 Februari 2025.

“Tujuan transaksi untuk menambah kepemilikan saham dengan Status Kepemilikan Saham secara langsung,” sebut Daniel Kurniawan selaku Head of Corporate Secretary and Investor Relation OMED dalam keterbukaan informasi BEI, Rabu (12/2).

Pasca transaksi Pembelian, maka kepemilikan saham Yacobus Jemmy Hartanto di OMED menjadi sebanyak 242.251.800 lembar saham atau setara 0,8953% dibandingkan sebelumnya yang tercatat sebanyak 242.241.800 lembar saham atau setara 0,8952%.

Diketahui, sebelumnya, Yacobus Jemmy Hartanto juga pernah melakukan transaksi Pembelian sebanyak 70.000 lembar saham atau sebesar 0,0003% OMED diharga Rp179 per lembar saham pada tanggal 22 Januari 2025.
