Pasardana.id - PT Bank Maybank Indonesia Tbk (IDX: BNII) menyampaikan informasi tentang Transaksi Afiliasi sehubungan Pembayaran atas Biaya terkait Regional Security Operation Center (RSOC) dengan nilai transaksi sebesar Rp 1.935.913.333,52 pada tanggal 10 Februari 2025.

“Direksi Perseroan telah melakukan Transaksi berupa Pembayaran atas Biaya terkait Regional Security Operation Center (RSOC) Splunk dari PT Bank Maybank Indonesia Tbk kepada Maybank Shared Service (MSS) dengan total nilai Transaksi Afiliasi sebesar Rp1.935.913.333,52 atau MYR 528.346, untuk periode bulan Mei 2024 – Agustus 2024 (Transaksi Afiliasi),” sebut manajemen BNII dalam keterbukaan informasi BEI, Rabu (12/2).

Diketahui, MSS dan Perseroan dikendalikan oleh pihak yang sama sehingga memenuhi syarat sebagai Transaksi Afiliasi sesuai Peraturan Pasar Modal.
