Mau Ganti Dirut, Saham BCA (BBCA) Lesu
IDXChannel - PT Bank Central Asia Tbk atau BCA (BBCA) berencana merombak jajaran Dewan Komisaris dan Direksi Perseroan. Bank dengan kapitalisasi pasar terbesar di BEI itu akan mengganti Direktur Utama (Dirut) yang sudah 13 tahun memimpin.
Posisi Dirut atau Presiden Direktur BCA, Jahja Setiaatmadja akan digantikan dengan Gregory Hendra Lembong. Sementara Jahja bakal diangkat sebagai Presiden Komisaris BCA, menggantikan Djohan Emir Setijoso yang mengundurkan diri.
Hendra Lembong Bakal Jadi Dirut BCA (BBCA), Gantikan Jahja SetiaatmadjaSedangkan posisi Wakil Presiden Direktur yang sebelumnya ditempati Gregory Hendra Lembong akan diisi oleh John Kosasih yang merupakan Direktur BCA. Kemudian perseroan juga akan mengangkat Hendra Tanumihardja sebagai Direktur baru BCA.
Perubahan susunan pengurus BCA tersebut akan dimintai persetujuan para pemegang saham dalam Rapat Umum Pemegang Saham Tahunan (RUPST) pada Rabu, 12 Maret 2025.
