Pasardana.id - PT Malacca Trust Wuwungan Insurance Tbk (IDX: MTWI) selaku Pemegang Saham Pengendali PT Batavia Prosperindo Internasional Tbk (IDX: BPII) telah melakukan transaksi Penjualan sebanyak total 11.855.100 lembar saham atau sebesar 0,41% BPII diharga Rp Rp151 per lembar saham pada tanggal:

17 Januari 2025: 142.300 Lembar;

20 Januari 2025: 2.165.600 Lembar;

21 Januari 2025: 2.106.100 Lembar;

23 Januari 2025: 3.000.000 Lembar;

24 Januari 2025: 100.000 Lembar;

30 Januari 2025: 1.228.800 Lembar;

31 Januari 2025: 1.000.000 Lembar;

05 Februari 2025: 1.112.300 Lembar;

06 Februari 2025: 1.000.000 Lembar;

“Tujuan transaksi untuk Pengurangan Portofolio dengan Status Kepemilikan Saham secara langsung,” sebut Kamal selaku Corporate Secretary BPII dalam keterbukaan informasi BEI, Kamis (13/2).

Pasca transaksi Penjualan, maka kepemilikan saham PT Malacca Trust Wuwungan Insurance Tbk di BPII menjadi sebanyak 2.540.260.813 lembar saham atau setara 86,86% dibandingkan sebelumnya yang tercatat sebanyak 2.552.115.913 lembar saham atau setara 87,27%.
