Gunung Raja Paksi (GGRP) Bakal Rights Issue 12 Miliar Saham
IDXChannel - PT Gunung Raja Paksi Tbk (GGRP) berencana menggelar rights issue atau Penambahan Modal Dengan Memberikan Hak Memesan Efek Terlebih Dahulu (PMHMETD).
Dalam aksi korporasi ini, emiten baja itu akan menerbitkan maksimal 12 miliar saham baru dengan nilai nominal Rp140 per saham, mengutip keterbukaan informasi BEI, Kamis (13/2/2025).
Saham Gunung Raja (GGRP) Melesat Usai Dikunci Tiga Pekan Bersamaan dengan PMHMETD ini, GGRP juga berencana untuk meningkatkan modal dasar dari yang sebelumnya sebesar Rp1,7 triliun, yang terbagi atas 12,16 miliar saham menjadi sebesar Rp6,77 triliun yang terbagi atas 48,4 miliar saham.
Manajemen GGRP menyebut, akan menggunakan dana yang diperoleh dari PMHMETD, setelah dikurangi dengan biaya emisi, untuk pengembangan bisnis baja perseroan yang menghasilkan produk baja rendah karbon (low carbon steel products).
